If you haven’t guessed, this look is totally Valentine’s Day inspired. I chose a pink color palette, but infused with street style to share with you. There are so many legitimate reasons why going for a street style look on Valentine’s day might be right a good choice. One of my top reasons is weather. .
I always speak about the cold weather during the winter, so weather plays a big part in what I want to wear. Although this is a street style look, this pink sweater and light pink sherling coat gives it a very Valentine’s-y feel. Anyone can use this Valentine’s street style look as inspiration. Try swapping out the sneakers for over-the-knee boots or heels!
I found this Light Pink Faux Sherling coat in the clearance section at Banana Republic. It was love at first sight. Omg, I still can’t believe the deal I got on this baby. One of my shopping secrets is to shop the clearance section first because you never know what end of season gems might be hiding in plain sight. This was the last coat there and it was 50% off of the already marked down sale price. I had a gift card for my birthday, so I basically got this coat for free. These wheat Nike Air Forces with the gum bottom are soooo comfortable. My whole family has a pair! They’re a great neutral so they literally will go with any color top you have in your closet. From my example that I’m sharing with you, they match pink perfectly!
